Our Radiation Oncology department at Sanford Health offers a collaborative, growth oriented environment where you will work with a highly skilled team using cutting edge technology, including advanced TrueBeam/EDGE platforms. As a Medical Physicist Assistant, you’ll gain hands on experience in QA, imaging workflows, and treatment planning support while contributing directly to patient safety and high quality cancer care. Sanford Health provides strong organizational stability and a mission driven culture focused on compassion, innovation, and excellence!Provides clinical radiation physics and dosimetry services for externally delivered ionizing radiation or internally implanted sources.Provides assistance to the Physicist role. Utilizes knowledge of physics and technology as a resources when consulting with physicians. Possesses an understanding of radiologic fields.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in physics, biophysics, medical physics or radiological physics is required.
