Office Hours: Tuesday (7am-1pm), Wednesday (1pm-7pm), Thursday (1pm - 6pm), Friday (7am-Noon), Saturday (8am-Noon). Additional hours outside of office hours will be required.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Office Manager / Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our clinic and support our growing patient community.

Lead and manage administrative and clinical staff
Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling, and patient flow
Ensure an excellent patient experience from consultation through treatment
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies
Manage billing, accounts receivable, and financial processes
Monitor clinic inventory and supplies
Train and support staff development
Track clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Engage with prospective patients and convert inquiries into consultations
Experience managing a medical office or healthcare practice
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations
Experience with EMR systems and office software
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business, or related field preferred
$45,000–$55,000 base salary (depending on experience)
