Medical Officer

Reporting to the Head of C-Care Tamarin, the selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

What you will be doing:

• To attend and examine in-patients, to determine the nature of the disorder or illness and record the patient's medical information as per consultants’ instructions
• To inform personally the treating Doctor of any treatment given
• To do all the paperwork of patients in their respective ward and duly fill all requests and consent forms
• To make discharge summaries for all discharged patients
• Demonstrate competence in clinical problem solving at an advanced level

What are we looking for?

• MBBS & Registration with Medical Council of Mauritius

• Should have at least 1 year experience in similar post

• Team player with excellent customer care skills & ability to cope with a busy environment.
• Patient oriented
