
This position serves as the front office point of contact for business ancillary service locations and is responsible to ensure timely and accurate responses to the client requests. Individual is responsible for the clinical administrative functions of patient intake, scheduling, and registration, and clinic-based activities required to ensure accurate billing and claims.
Minimum Education Required:• High School diploma or equivalent Preferred:• Minimum Experience Required:• 1 or more years in an administrative position • Preferred:• Previous health care office experience• Previous medical billing and coding • Knowledge of benefit verification and authorization Knowledge Skills and Abilities• The ability to communicate effectively and professionally • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite• Bilingual language skills in some clinics preferred
