Position Details

We're seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant to provide daily support to Psychiatrists, Physicians, and Medical Directors, ensuring top-quality care for clients. The Medical Office Assistant will work closely with our clinical and administrative teams, including RNs, LPNs, and business office staff, to streamline operations and deliver excellent service. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks and may serve as the main point of contact for customers. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• One year of experience with administrative office experience, including filing, typing, office organization, computer skills, is preferred.
• Human services or medical health field experience is preferred.
