Copleston High School is a popular 11-18 mixed comprehensive noted for its caring and disciplined atmosphere. We are looking for a Medical Needs Lead to lead and manage the school’s arrangements for supporting pupils with medical conditions in line with statutory guidance (Supporting Pupils at School with Medical Conditions, DfE). You will ensure compliance with policy, oversee Individual Healthcare Plans, maintain accurate medical data, coordinate staff training, and liaise with parents, staff, and healthcare professionals to safeguard pupils’ health and wellbeing.
You will have high standards and be committed to meeting the needs of the school and the wider community. The school has a strongly supportive ethos and is deeply committed to the professional development of staff. We offer an excellent induction programme to all colleagues who join us.
