Hybrid role in Bucharest, Romania

The Medical Monitoring Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Medical Monitoring department. The position is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, maintaining departmental reports and tracking tools and ensuring the accurate management of data.

Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Medical Monitoring team and Head Medical Monitoring and Consulting
  • Coordinate meetings, training activities, and departmental communications.
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and departmental documentation, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Edit, format, and manage study-related documents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Support the preparation and organization of documentation for audits, inspections, and quality reviews.
  • Assist with reporting, data analysis, and other departmental support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the efficient delivery of Medical Monitoring processes and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • College or University degree (Life Sciences background is an advantage)
  • 2+ year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical position
  • Experience gained in the Clinical Research industry (CRO or Pharma) is a plus
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Desire and ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in standard Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) applications
  • Experience with SharePoint
