About the Job

The Medical Manager is the country‑level medical lead responsible for defining and executing the medical strategy for key Opella brands. The role shapes scientific positioning, drives evidence‑based communication, and builds strong partnerships with healthcare professionals and scientific societies. Acting as a strategic medical partner across the organization, the Medical Manager ensures scientific excellence, regulatory compliance, and impactful medical engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the country Medical Endorsement Plan, including structured KOL engagement and partnerships with professional associations
• Define and communicate the brand’s scientific and medical positioning, highlighting therapeutic value and differentiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to support scientific exchange and advocacy
• Plan and deliver medical education initiatives, congress participation, advisory boards, and scientific events
• Drive evidence generation activities (clinical, observational, real‑world evidence) to strengthen brand claims
• Deliver clear, credible scientific communication to internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure all medical activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and internal standards

About You

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Medical Affairs within pharma or consumer healthcare (OTC)
• Proven experience in KOL engagement, medical education, congress activity, and scientific communication
• Strong understanding of the consumer healthcare medical environment
• Experience working in highly regulated and compliance‑driven settings
• Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and contribute to strategic initiatives
• Scientific degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MD/PhD/PharmD an advantage)
• Fluent English with strong scientific writing and presentation skills
