Join the Kieser Gold Coast team as a Medical Liaison and make a real difference.

We currently have 2 opportunities available:

• Specialist (0.6 FTE)
• General Practice & Active Ageing (Full Time)

You’ll play a pivotal role in building and strengthening relationships with specialists, surgeons, hospitals, general practitioners and aged care providers across the Gold Coast, increasing patient referrals and driving collaborative care pathways that improve long-term patient outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a territory strategy to grow medically referred patients
• Build and maintain strong referring partner relationships
• Convert prospective partners into active referrers to Kieser Gold Coast clinics
• Represent and promote the Kieser brand through meetings, events, education sessions and networking
• Spend a large portion of time in the field engaging with partners and stakeholders
• Facilitate referrals and collaborate closely with referrers, clinicians and internal teams
• Identify and implement innovative partnership opportunities such as satellite clinics, hubs and case conferencing
• Educate stakeholders on relevant funding pathways, for example, Health Funded Programs, ANC, HCP and Life
• Manage and resolve partnership challenges while maintaining strong, trusted relationships
• Contribute to clinic and regional performance through collaboration with medical and regional leaders

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Valid working rights in Australia
• Valid driving license
• Demonstrated work experience in comparable role (e.g. Healthcare Sales, Healthcare BD, Referral Relationship Manager)
• Proven ability to build and grow referral-based relationships with medical professionals
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
• Highly motivated, proactive and results-driven mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Nice-to-haves:

• Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
