As an MLS/MLT, you will independently perform clinical laboratory procedures in blood bank, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology You’ll ensure analytic integrity through rigorous quality control, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting, and you’ll communicate professionally with providers and colleagues to support efficient diagnosis and treatment.

Shift: Working Casual call, meaning you work as needed. Shifts are variable with an initial time commitment for 6-12 weeks of training 20-40 hours a week.
Shift differentials offered as a percentage of base rate: 10% for PM shift and 17% for night shift.
