- Starting Pay Range: $29.61/hr – $48.80/hr , depending on experience
- Position Status: Full-time, non-exempt
- Shift: Day Shift (participation in on-call rotation)
- Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

The Medical Laboratory Scientist plays a vital role in patient care by collecting and analyzing clinical specimens across multiple laboratory disciplines, delivering accurate and timely test results using advanced technology. This position ensures strict compliance with regulatory standards while supporting physicians with reliable data to care for patients of all ages.

- Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science
- Current MLS (ASCP) or equivalent (CLS) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Minimum of two (2) year experience in a medical lab environment

- Retirement Plan: Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.
- Employee Health Payment Match: Haxtun Health matches employee payments up to $1,000 per year per family for services received at Haxtun Health’s hospital or clinics.
- Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
- Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
