
The Staff Medical Technologist performs clinical tests in one or more areas of specialization depending on the size and scope of laboratory activity.
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or one of the sciences related to Medical Technology.
• Certification as a Medical Technologist by a nationally recognized certifying agency required.
• Knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures and testing methodologies.
• Ability to perform laboratory testing accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain quality control standards and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety practices and infection control standards.
