ChristianaCare is currently looking for Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our Medical Critical Care Team servicing 3 hospital campuses (1,300 beds) in Newark and Wilmington, DE and Elkton, MD This is a full-time position with option to be standard day position or in dedicated off-shift position (swingternist, nocturnist, weekendist).
The selected candidate will provide clinical management to patients in the Medical ICU with the support and collaboration by a medical intensivist as well as responding to code blues, performing ICU admissions, and managing rapid responses (Cecil campus only).

Candidate may also elect to be a partial nocturnist or partial swingternist with 50% of shifts dedicated to off-shift and other 50% of shifts dedicated to days.
Compensation & Benefits
Requirements:
Annual Compensation Range $122,903.00 - $154,147.00This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
