Your new role
This position will report to Medical Manager. As a Medical Information Specialist at Novo Nordisk, you will:

• Review and ensure that Novo Nordisk’s sponsored activities, promotional tools/materials, non-promotional materials, and agreements are in line with ethical standards, local regulations, and company procedures. Act in line with ethical standards, local regulations, company procedures, and Novo Nordisk Way.
• As Thailand’s Local Reporting Responsible (LRR) to ensure that cross-border interactions with HCPs and HCOs are in line with ethical standards, local regulations, and company procedures. Develop and implement digital tools in medical operations to enhance end-to-end operational efficiency.
• Develop medical omnichannel engagement plan and tactics for health care professionals on subjects relevant to NN products/projects in collaboration with cross-functional team.
• Independently manage medical information inquiry related to NN products raised by internal and external stakeholders under ethical standards, local regulations and company procedures.
• Track, review and develop reports related to medical governance and medical information inquiry to provide practical insights to relevant stakeholders ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with ethical standards, local regulations and company procedures. Regularly track, review and develop regular reports to provide practical insights and KPIs about medical omnichannel engagement outcomes ensuring right contents are delivered right targeted HCP in right channel.

Your skills & qualifications
We’re looking for a Medical Information Specialist who will appreciate working in a high-paced, dynamic environment. You’ll bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in pharmacy or related fields.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in medical information management, medical governance, medical omnichannel engagement in pharma industry or related
• Fluent spoken and written English.
