From our greeters to our nurses, practitioners to our support staff, we all are focused on the health – and happiness – of our patients.

Our unique business model sets us apart – we have centralized technical and administrative services so our practices can focus on patient care. As a physician owned and managed organization, we are guided by those who practice in our offices every day and focused on creating an optimal experience for our patients and our staff.

CCP is a multiple recipient of the Albany Times Union's "Top Workplace," the Albany Business Review's "Great Place to Work," in 2021, Energage ranked CCP as a "Top Workplace USA," and have been recognized by our patients for our high-quality care.
