About Community Care Physicians

Community Care Physicians (CCP) is the largest independent multispecialty medical group in the Capital Region of NY. Headquartered in Latham, we provide a broad range of healthcare services to 8 counties in upstate NY. Our organization includes primary care, specialty care, urgent care and wellness services. With more than 1,900 employees, including over 421 practitioners in its sub-specialty and primary care network, CCP touches every three to four people in the Capital Region.

We are focused on relationships with our patients and teams. We have "community" in our name for a reason. It's something we live and breathe every day. We live here, work here, and our focus is on making our community a healthier place.

CCP's achievement as a high-performing organization has evolved from a long tradition of excellence. Founded over 40 years ago, what started as a radiology practice has since grown to a multispecialty organization with over 30 medical specialties and some of the area's most highly respected practitioners. For many of us, taking care of people isn't just the career we have today, it's the passion we've had our entire lives. From our greeters to our nurses, practitioners to our support staff, we all are focused on the health – and happiness – of our patients.

Our unique business model sets us apart – we have centralized technical and administrative services so our practices can focus on patient care. As a physician owned and managed organization, we are guided by those who practice in our offices every day and focused on creating an optimal experience for our patients and our staff.

CCP is a multiple recipient of the Albany Times Union's "Top Workplace," the Albany Business Review's "Great Place to Work," in 2021, Energage ranked CCP as a "Top Workplace USA," and have been recognized by our patients for our high-quality care. Come drive quality, inspire compassion, and contribute to our community, one patient at a time. Bring your talents to CCP.
