Are you passionate about advancing scientific excellence while ensuring the highest standards of compliance, governance, and patient impact? As the Medical Governance, Evidence & Operations Head, you will lead and integrate Medical Governance, Evidence Generation, Medical Operations, and Medical Customer & Field Excellence activities at country level. You will play a critical role in enabling compliant, patient-centric, and data-driven medical strategies while driving operational excellence and harmonized ways of working across Medical Affairs.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 75,880.00 - 108,400.00 - 140,920.00 EUR Annual
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
