Do you have an interest in addiction medicine? Are you also interested in contributing to the development of innovative, multidisciplinary models of care?
Join cohealth, a leading provider of integrated health services across Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs. At cohealth, we're committed to delivering holistic care that embraces diversity and promotes well-being for all.
Why cohealth?
At cohealth, our mission is to advance human rights through accessible healthcare. We foster a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member is valued for their unique contribution. With medical services operating across multiple locations spanning Melbourne's West, North and CBD, we provide doctors with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in diverse communities. We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our medical teams across multiple locations in Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs. You will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive medical care alongside our supportive allied health team.
This is also an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a multidisciplinary care model at cohealth. Working alongside GPs, allied health professionals, care coordinators, social workers, pharmacists and nurses, you will have the opportunity to contribute your ideas and clinical expertise to developing new ways of working together to better meet the complex health and social needs of our community.
We are looking for GPs who are keen to collaborate, innovate and help shape how multidisciplinary care is delivered.
