Registration of patients to the facility in compliance with established policies and payor requirements in a manner that communicates to the patient that their well being is the primary mission of NextCare. Assures that the clinic is running smoothly and that patient flow is at the optimum.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Education: Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum two years experience in registration or front office in a physician's office, hospital emergency department and/or urgent care setting. Typing and computer proficiency in Windows based software.
Skills: Ability to multi-task, provide quality customer service, prioritize and critical thinking
Education: Medical Administrative Assistant Certificate or equivalent
Training: Customer Service Training; Office/Clerical Training
