Doximity is helping shape the future of medicine at the intersection of clinical expertise, AI, and healthcare technology. As the largest professional network for U.S. physicians, Doximity builds tools that help clinicians work more efficiently, stay connected, and deliver better care.

The Medical Fellow will work across teams including AI, Product, Strategy, Marketing, Telehealth, News, Health Equity, Data Analytics, and Business Development. How you’ll make an impact

  • Bring frontline clinical perspective to AI, product, and strategy initiatives
  • Advise teams on physician workflow, clinical language, and digital communication needs

  • Support data-informed decision-making across high-impact business and product priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move ideas from strategy to execution

What we’re looking for

  • Physician currently in residency or fellowship, or medical student who has completed third-year clerkships at an accredited U.S. program
  • Strong interest in AI, healthcare technology, and improving medicine at scale
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable using data to guide decisions
  • Clear communicator who can build trust across clinical, technical, and business teams
  • Passion for thoughtful design and user-centered products

About the fellowship

This 12-month, full-time contractor role is intended to begin July 1st, 2025, with some flexibility. The position may be based at Doximity’s San Francisco headquarters or performed remotely within the United States (strong preference for HQ placement if desiring to be on AI teams).
