This position will be shared between the Avera@Home Home Medical Equipment Branches in Sioux Center and Le Mars, IA.
Medical Equipment Clinician: Directs clinical planning, application and follow-up of medical equipment and supplies for individuals. This position is responsible for completing patient records, home visits, and coordinating care with other providers.

A Home Medical Equipment (HME) Technician II is responsible for the delivery, setup, and maintenance of medical devices—such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, and oxygen concentrators—directly to patients' homes, facility or other living facility. Educate patients and caregivers on safe equipment operation, perform routine cleaning and safety checks, and maintain accurate delivery documentation. This role often requires physical lifting, independent work, and availability for on-call shifts.
