The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Ensuring Strategic Execution of Medical Education

• Execute the annual MedEd local plan aligned with Marketing, Sales, and regional business priorities

• Ensure all programs are directly linked to therapeutic adoption and revenue acceleration

• Adapt regional frameworks to the Mexican market without losing standardization

Guarantee End-to-End Program Orchestration

• Lead execution of educational activities (in-person, hybrid, digital, simulation-based)

• Alignment with Meetings & Management team on logistics, speakers coordination, and HCP´s experience

• Implement innovative formats (VR, simulation, hands-on labs, digital platforms)

• Ensure Key partnerships with key universities

Complete cross-functional Alignment

• Act as the single point of coordination between: Sales, Marketing, Clinical Specialists & Medical Liaison

• Ensure early involvement of stakeholders in planning and participant targeting

Achieve Speakers & Content Excellence

• Manage speaker selection aligned with approved lists and governance processes

• Ensure high-quality, compliant, and clinically relevant content

• Coordinate with Medical Liaison for content validation (text & visual)

Ensure Performance Tracking & Insights

• Track execution through dashboards (Smartsheet + Cvent platforms)

• Monitor KPIs: HCP reach & quality, Adoption metrics, Program effectiveness

• Provide insights to improve future programs

Execute with Operational Discipline & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all internal processes (speaker approval, compliance, financial control)

• Manage budgets efficiently and transparently

• Maintain high execution standards under pressure

Your Skills and Expertise:

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Education, Communication, Business or related. Advanced degree is a plus AND 6 - 8 years of relevant job experience in Medical Education / Marketing / Commercial roles in MedTech or Pharma.

• Proven experience in: Event execution (hands-on + strategic understanding), cross-functional coordination, working with HCPs and speakers

• Advanced level of English proficiency

• Project Management skills
