The Medical Dosimetrist at Saint Alphonsus is responsible for preparing accurate and effective radiation isodose treatment plans for our physicians. This role interprets radiologic images and anatomical structures, evaluates dose distribution and dose characteristics, and applies current treatment planning techniques and technologies. The Dosimetrist also contributes to departmental quality assurance processes, participates in brachytherapy procedures, and supports the accuracy and timeliness of all physics and dosimetry-related billing.
