Compensation: $260,000 - $320,000 Annual Salary
Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term and short-term disability insurance and PTO.

Job Type: Full-time/ part time in person position

We are looking for a dedicated Medical Director to oversee and direct medical activities, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. The opening is in the greater Bronx, NY. The expectation is for the MD to see 2-3 facilities.

Responsibilities for Medical Doctor (MD) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

• Provide clinical oversight and drive quality improvement initiatives
• Lead and support medical staff; develop policies and procedures
• Oversee program development and represent the organization in the community

Job Qualifications for Medical Doctor (MD) for our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):

• MD/DO with active board certification
• Strong clinical background with proven leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to high standards of care
