Medical Director (Psychiatrist)
Bartow, Florida
We’re hiring a Medical Director (Psychiatrist) who wants meaningful leadership, strong earning potential, and a weekday schedule that offers flexibility once patient care is complete.
You’ll step into an inpatient role providing crisis stabilization psychiatry for adults and children while overseeing physicians and psychiatric APRNs. Approximately 70% of your time will be clinical and 30% will be dedicated to administrative leadership, with additional support available for operational responsibilities.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $285,000–$300,000+ for exceptional candidates
- Annual incentive up to $12,000
- Paid call: $150 for weeknight coverage and $650–$850 per day for weekend coverage
- Medical insurance starting at $56.11 per pay period; employer contributes $589.20 per pay period
