Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8 AM – 5 PM)

Location: Lancaster, NH

Role: 24 hours/week as a Primary Care Physician, 16 hours/week as Medical Director

Salary: competitive base salary PLUS Medical Director stipend (addt'l wRVU productivity potential)

Seeking an experienced and dynamic Medical Director at Weeks Medical Center within our outpatient medicine rural health clinics. In this dual-role position, you will lead and oversee the clinical operations, ensuring high standards of care and efficiency, while also providing direct patient care. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on clinical practice, allowing you to shape the future of our outpatient services and make a tangible impact on patient outcomes.

Clinical:

  • Lead and mentor providers.
  • Ensure quality of care and provider compliance.
  • Coordinate medical staff education.

Administrative:

  • Participate in planning and management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, RHC regulations, and bylaws.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and resolve grievances.

Quality:

  • Drive quality initiatives and outcome measures.
  • Act as ACO medical champion and EMR superuser.
  • Address social determinants of health and community wellness needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Graduate from an accredited Medical College with a Medical Degree
  • Successful completion of a US residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Board certified (or eligible) by WMC Medical Staff Bylaws.
  • ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association required.
