Retriever Integrated Health (RIH) brings together UMBC’s Health Services and Counseling Center in a collaborative, integrated approach to support student well-being and academic success. Responsibilities:
The University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) Retriever Integrated Health is seeking a Part-time Medical Director for the Health Center. The Medical Director reports to the Assistant Vice President for Health & Wellbeing and provides clinical expertise and medical services within Retriever Integrated Health (RIH). This part-time position focuses on providing high-quality patient care, clinical consultation to the integrated care team, and medical oversight to ensure clinical excellence and safety. The Medical Director provides medical expertise to support the integration of medical, counseling, and health promotion services and serves as a clinical resource for complex cases within the integrated health model.

Required Minimum Qualifications:
EDUCATION
MD or DO degree and Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 8 years of clinical experience in primary care, ambulatory care, or college health setting. Experience working in integrated or collaborative care models. Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical setting.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS
Current, unrestricted medical license to practice in the State of Maryland. Current DEA registration. BLS/CPR certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in college health or university health services. Experience with electronic health records, preferably Point n Click. Experience providing clinical consultation to interdisciplinary teams.

Salary:
Hourly Salary Range: Minimum: $100.00 to Maximum: $112.00, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
