
St. Joseph’s University Medical Center and St. Joseph’s Wayne Hospital are seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician to join our growing team in a combined role as ICU Attending Physician and Medical Director of the Wayne Intensive Care Unit.
This physician leader will provide comprehensive critical care services while overseeing ICU operations, quality initiatives, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient throughput. Responsibilities include managing critically ill patients, participating in rapid response and consult services, leading multidisciplinary rounds, supporting evidence-based care initiatives, and contributing to resident and fellow education.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative clinician with strong leadership and communication skills who is passionate about quality patient care, academic medicine, and program development.
