As a Medical Director in California, you will be a hands-on clinical leader for the populations of patients with cancer we serve. Reporting to Daymark’s California Market Medical Director, you will combine clinical expertise and operational excellence to deliver on our mission — supporting patients with cancer and their oncology providers through world-class supportive oncology care delivered in the home and virtually. You are a practicing physician in California with oncology or related specialty board certification who believes better is possible for patients with cancer. Daymark anticipates hiring one to two Medical Directors in California.
You will lead clinicians on your care team, care for patients directly, uphold clinical policy and quality standards, and serve as a face of Daymark’s clinical program with providers and health plan partners in your area.
