Medical Director (Early Phase)

We are currently seeking a Medical Director to support the medical monitoring of our Early Phase Clinical trials. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and oversee clinical trials, ensuring the delivery of high-quality data and contributing to the advancement of innovative therapies and treatments.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Providing medical and scientific oversight for clinical trials, ensuring the safety of subjects and the integrity of trial data.

• Collaborating with clinical operations, regulatory, and safety teams to drive the successful execution of early phase clinical studies.

• Developing and reviewing clinical study protocols, study reports, and other key study documents.

• Interpreting clinical trial data and providing medical insights to inform decision-making and guide clinical development strategies.

Your Profile:

• Medical degree (MD) or (DO)

• Extensive experience in clinical research and development, ideally as a Principal Investigator for Early Phase clinical trials

• Clinical Practice Experience, ideally in general medicine.

• Advanced English proficiency

• Medical Monitoring experience highly preferred

• Strong understanding of clinical trial design, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on interpreting clinical data and driving evidence-based decisions.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams.
