Our client is a rapidly growing Functional Medicine and Wellness practice located in Boca Raton, Florida. They specialize in personalized medicine, hormone optimization, longevity programs, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, IV therapy, and patient-centered wellness care.
This is not your typical “retirement” Medical Director position. The practice is seeking a high-energy physician leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and genuinely loves patient care. The current Medical Director is retiring, creating an incredible opportunity for the right physician to step into a leadership role within an established, highly regarded organization.

About the Practice
The practice currently sees approximately 100–120 patients per day with a team of four providers. The organization has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional patient experiences and creating an energetic, collaborative culture for both staff and patients. Advanced AI documentation technology and extensive MA support allow providers to focus more on patient care and less on administrative work.
