This position will work 2 days/week from our Tufts Medical Center Lab and 3 days/week from our lab in Newton. About the Position:

The Device Tech serves as a key member of the department, responsible for high-quality patient education and instruction in the use of Home Sleep Testing (HST) devices.

Primary duties consist of:

• Educate patients on proper use of the HST device
• Upload data from device
• Prepare devices for testing
• • Document all devices and patient interactions in the medical record
• • Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives
• Inventory and track HST devices and associated supplies

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or GED
• 1+ year experience in customer service role
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

• Superior verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills required
• Organized and detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Confident working independently and as part of a team
