Territory Sales Representative – Medical Device

Our client is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Territory Sales Representative to join a growing medical device organization in the Pacific Northwest. This role offers the opportunity to represent a diverse portfolio of surgical products while building strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the territory.

This position is ideal for an ambitious sales professional who is looking for hands-on mentorship, significant income potential, and the opportunity to develop a long-term career in medical device sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow business within an established geographic territory.

  • Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, operating room personnel, and key hospital stakeholders.

  • Support product evaluations, trials, and clinical implementations.

  • Provide product education and in-service training to clinical customers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.

  • Manage territory activities, customer follow-up, and sales planning.

  • Attend cases and provide procedural support as needed.

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maximize territory growth.

Product Focus

The representative will support a portfolio of surgical technologies and products used across multiple specialties, including:

  • Neurosurgery

  • Spine Surgery

  • ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat)

  • Operating Room and Surgical Technologies

Qualifications

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior B2B sales or medical device sales experience preferred.

  • Associate Sales Representatives, early-career medical device professionals, and high-performing sales professionals are encouraged to apply.

  • Experience calling on physicians, hospitals, or healthcare providers is a plus.
