The Medical Coordinator Assistant (MA) plays a supportive role in promoting the health, recovery, and daily stability of clients enrolled in Recuperative Care programs. Under the supervision of the Medical Coordinator (LVN) and clinical team, this position assists with client health monitoring, supports self-administration of medications, coordinates follow- up care, and ensures accurate documentation in the electronic health record. The MA helps create a safe and trauma-informed environment for clients recovering from illness or injury while experiencing homelessness.
