KLDiscovery, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is seeking experienced medical coders for upcoming Cyber Incident Response projects. This role is ideal for individuals who want an engaging, supportive work environment where they are valued and respected.
About the Role
Document Review Analysts will review documents for Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) using various electronic review platforms. This position is project‑based, and successful candidates will be considered temporary contingent employees.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in eDiscovery and Cyber Incident Response.

Fully remote work‑from‑home opportunity
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Duration varies by project; assignments may range from 1 week to 6 months or longer
Flexible scheduling; must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday, between 9 AM–5 PM ET
Overtime may be available depending on project needs and client approval
Qualifications
Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Virginia, Wisconsin
Associate degree or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of medical coding experience required
Professional coding certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
Ability to understand, retain, and follow complex instructions
Accuracy in tracking and entering work hours
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive and proactive approach to responsibilities and tasks
Experience reviewing documents electronically using platforms such as Relativity, Canopy, and Nebula preferred but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Computer‑based data entry experience preferred
Secure home office with high‑speed internet
Computer running Windows 11 (23H2, 24H2, 25H2 or newer) — Windows 11 in S Mode not supported — or MacOS Sonoma (14), Sequoia (15), Tahoe (26) or newer
Apple or Android phone/tablet running iOS 17+ or Android 12+; Google Authenticator compatible with iOS 14+ or Android 6+
Strong proficiency with computers and remote‑work technology
