Position type: Hourly

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented student to join our Medical Department for the Summer 2026 term. In this role, the intern will assist with a variety of essential health and safety functions, including:

  • Supporting pre-employment physicals, annual physicals, and the hearing conservation program

  • Scanning, organizing, and filing medical charts

  • Assisting with day-to-day employee medical needs

  • Supporting recordkeeping, procedure updates, and policy revisions as needed

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an LPN, RN, PA, MA, or pre‑med program

  • Valid CPR/AED certification

General Requirements for All Co‑op/Intern Positions

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA

  • Available to complete the full 3–6 month assignment

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

  • Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general database applications

  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate in cross‑functional teams to deliver timely results
