Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and supervising the billing team

• Overseeing daily billing operations to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Monitoring claims submissions, denials, and reimbursements

• Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency

• Ensuring compliance with payer and regulatory requirements

• Reporting billing performance metrics to leadership

Ideal Qualifications:

• Senior-level medical billing experience

• Prior leadership or team management experience

• Strong understanding of healthcare billing regulations
