SPHP's Outpatient Division is hiring for leadership positions including Office Manager and Practice Manager. Benefits are effective day 1 of employment. Offices are located at different locations throughout Albany.
The Office Manager is responsible for the efficient daily operations of the office. Reporting to the Practice Administrator, the Office Manager is responsible for hiring and supervising support staff, overseeing day- to -day practice operations including maintenance of medical records, human resource management, property and facilities, equipment and billing, and adhering to OSHA, JCAHO and DOH requirements. Associates Degree and at least three (3) years successful management experience in a hospital or a Dental or medical office practice is required.
Pay Range: $28.55 - $41.40 - Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
The Practice Manager is responsible for the planning, priority setting, coordination and evaluation of programs of patient care for designated patient populations. This includes the development and ongoing monitoring of administrative and clinical systems, which support patient care. The Practice Manager facilitates collegial relationships between care teams. The Practice Manager assumes responsibility for the management of human, fiscal, material, and facility resources. The Practice Manager supports, plans, implements and evaluates program goals, the policies of St. Peter’s Health Care Services and patient focused care. Associates Degree and at least three (3) years successful management experience in a hospital or a Dental or medical office practice is required.
