Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Assist physicians with patient examinations and procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize medical instruments
- Collect and document patient histories and vital signs
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow efficiently
- Provide patients with instructions and educational materials as directed
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including phone triage and insurance documentation

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; medical assisting certification preferred
- Previous experience in a medical or dermatology setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures
