Summary:

  • Rate: $1,860/40-hours

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • BLS certification required

  • Minimum of 1 year Medical Assistant experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Room and screen patients; perform optical and point-of-care testing

  • Document accurately and timely in the medical record

  • Assist with optical services (insurance verification, frame selection, orders, payments, dispensing, adjustments/repairs)

  • Manage inventory and assist with invoice reconciliation

  • Perform ocular imaging and upload to medical records

  • Support scheduling, triage, referrals, and patient inquiries

  • Order and maintain office/medical supplies

  • Maintain patient confidentiality and collaborate with team

  • Perform other duties as assigned
