We are seeking a Medical Assistant Training Coach to join our team and help strengthen our onboarding, training, and competency development programs.
The Medical Assistant Training Coach partners with our Learning and Operations teams to deliver an exceptional, connected onboarding and training experience for new and existing team members. This role is responsible for leading practical skills training using an organized, competency-based model.
The Training Coach supports a variety of learners—including new hires, internal transfers, and team members requiring additional coaching—ensuring they develop the critical thinking skills, confidence, and clinical competencies needed for success. This role also supports Medical Providers, Radiologic Technologists, and patients through patient care, operational tasks, and communication.
