
Under clinical supervision, assists in the delivery of patient care and treatment according to policies and procedures and Logan Health (LH) MAU/UAP (Unlicensed Assistive Personnel) scope of practice. Provides administrative support and works collaboratively with Physicians, Advanced Practice Clinicians, RNs, LPNs and other department staff to meet the physical, psychosocial, education and spiritual needs of the patient and family.

Your Role in Action
Prepare patients for appointments and procedures—vitals, patient history, and genuine reassurance.
Support clinicians during exams, diagnostic tests, and treatments with precision and care.
Assist with injections, casting, splinting, and more—helping people heal strong and fast.
Handle scheduling, data entry, and EMR updates like a pro—keeping things smooth, accurate, and confidential.
Be the friendly voice on the phone, the calm presence in the clinic, and the teammate everyone relies on.
What Makes You a Strong Fit
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) ready to make a difference.
Bonus: Prior experience in orthopedics or sports medicine—or at least a familiarity with casting, EMR, or basic clinical workflows.
Personable, organized, and detail-oriented with a knack for connecting with patients and supporting the clinical team.
Comfortable multitasking and thriving in a fast-moving environment—while maintaining empathy and accuracy.
