Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments.

Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hours per week | Mon - Fri | 7:30AM - 4:00PM
Qualifications
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
Experience: One year of experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and updating medical and medication histories
Preparing patients for exams and assisting with provider evaluations and procedures
Performing basic diagnostic testing as appropriate and documenting care accurately
Reinforcing provider‑directed patient education
Maintaining clean, well‑stocked exam rooms and adhering to safety and infection‑prevention standards
Assisting with scheduling tests, referrals, follow‑ups, and supporting front‑office operations
Participating in quality initiatives, staff meetings, and other MA‑related duties

Work Environment:
