WashU department of Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat) ambulatory clinics are looking for a Medical Assistant, Level II. Excellent patient care starts from the moment a patient walks in the door. We are looking for friendly faces to welcome and care for our patients who present with many challenges. ENT is more than just tonsils and ear tubes! We work hard to give our patients the highest level of care in a multidisciplinary setting. Our medical assistants collaborate with providers and other clinical staff to create a patient-centric experience. This role prepares and maintains exam rooms, prepares charts, obtains reports and records; assists with patient flow and ensures the overall smooth running of the clinical office.
