A fast-paced, mission-driven academic practice where you’ll play a critical role in supporting both patient care and the next generation of providers. In this resident-supported setting, no two days are the same—you will partner with attending physicians, rotating residents, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care to a diverse patient population. The role requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to confidently manage complexity, while supporting clinical flow, coordinating care, and ensuring accurate documentation across multiple providers.

The Medical Assistant I greets and supports patients virtually and in person, prepares them for visits, performs basic clinical tasks (e.g., testing, injections, EKGs), assists with exams, and maintains exam rooms and equipment. They manage EMR updates, patient communications, referrals, authorizations, and scheduling, while handling clerical duties, troubleshooting video visits, and supporting patient portal access.

Hourly Pay Range: $19.48 - $28.24
This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
