You will have responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Supervises the (self) administration of medication to patients.
- Transcribes medication orders and monitors medication records for compliance.
- Perform accurate and complete audits of medication transported, received, administered, stored, or disposed, as trained, and assigned.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and conduct in accordance with Phoenix House medication policies and procedures.
- Enter data into computer EMR software.
- Answering telephones
- Update and file patient medical records
- Scheduled appointments
- Arranging for hospital admissions and laboratory services
- Correspond with external agencies, pertaining to client(s) as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION/LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED
- Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program
