Johnson & Johnson’s Electrophysiology Division, Biosense Webster (JJMT EP), a member of the Medical Devices Franchise, is recruiting for a Medical Affairs Scientist- Electrophysiology, located in Irvine, CA.
JJMT EP is the global leader in the science of diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. The company established its leadership in electrophysiology with the development of the first real-time, 3D cardiac mapping and navigation technology, as well as the first electrophysiology catheter. The introduction of the company’s CARTO® 3 System in 2009 revolutionized 3D mapping technology by increasing the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of the cardiac ablation procedure. The company has a high cadence of innovation and offers a broad portfolio of devices to treat arrhythmias. This Medical Affairs Scientist will be responsible for supporting one or several product development projects within the JJMT EP’s product portfolio while fostering strong, productive relationships with colleagues across the organization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$76,000.00 - $121,900.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
