We are looking for a Medical Affairs Scientist (MAS)– to join our Danish Medical Affairs teamwithin the Vaccines and Antiviral Therapeutic AreaInthis role, you will be a key scientific ambassador, helping shape the future of healthcare through high‑quality medical engagement and insight generation.

Working withintheNorthI4GCluster, your insights and scientific leadership will directly inform medical strategy, evidence generation, and cross‑functional collaboration – all with the goal of improving patient outcomes in Denmark.
Your key responsibilities
Scientific exchange & insight generation
Engage with healthcare professionals,KOLs, authorities, and other scientific stakeholdersfostering trust and credibility in all interactions.
Generate,document,synthesize, and compliantly shareactionablemedical insights from external engagements.
Communicateinsightstomedical leadership,cross functional colleagues andinternal stakeholders toinformstrategy, tacticsandoperational plans
Effectively use omnichannel andother digital platforms todeliver timelyscientific informationtothe right audiences.
External engagement & medical leadership
Develop and execute a focused and impactful local medical plan, including KOL mapping.
Lead and contribute toscientific meetings, medical events,omnichannel activitiesand local medical projects.
Represent Medical Affairs in external forums and scientific congresses
Serve as a scientific point of contact for assigned therapeutic areas in Denmarkandcollaborate with cluster Scientific Expert in line withcluster organizational principles.
Actively participate in external forums representing Pfizer’s medical interests and support the Country Medical Lead's (CML's) leadership in these settings.
Support and collaborate with clinicaloperarationsteam on clinical trials inDenmarkwhich may include protocol feasibility, site identification, investigator engagement, and supporting recruitment.
Collaboration & impact
Collaborate with colleaguesfromMedical, Clinical, Regulatory, Access, and Commercial teamsto ensure integrated planning and execution.
Contribute to clusterand countrymedical strategies, ensuringalignment andstrong local execution.
Compliantly share stakeholder insights internally to identify collaboration opportunities and drive cross-functional alignment.
Operational excellence & compliance
Uphold the highest standards of scientific integrity, ethics, and compliance.
Maintainand take responsibility of ownskills andscientific therapeuticareaknowledge.
Support regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities as needed
What you bring:
Scientific or healthcare degree
Experience withvaccines and antiviraltherapeutic areais an advantage
A strong track record of engagement withKOLs
Project management experience
Ability toanalyzedata, generate insights, and communicate complex science clearly
Digitaland innovative scientific mindset and interest
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare environment
Fluency in English; Danish and other languages are an advantage
