
Senior Global Leadership Opportunity – Medical Affairs Obesity Triple Agonist
Are you ready to shape the medical strategy for a first‑in‑class obesity triple agonist with the potential to redefine chronic weight management? We are seeking an accomplished Medical Affairs leader to establish and lead the global Medical Affairs strategy and organization for this asset, which has recently achieved proof of concept.
This is a pivotal leadership role with responsibility for driving scientific, clinical, and medical excellence across the full asset lifecycle—from late clinical development through launch and beyond. You will play a central role in translating science into value by shaping evidence generation, external engagement, and scientific communication in one of the fastest‑growing and most competitive therapeutic areas.
As a core member of the Global Brand (Asset/Product) Leadership Team, the role provides strategic input into overarching asset decisions, partnering closely with Global Development, Market Access, Commercial, and other key functions. The position and operates with enterprise‑level accountability, with high visibility and engagement with the Executive Committee on critical asset strategy, evidence, and launch‑readiness topics.
You will build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global Medical Affairs organization, ensuring external credibility, medical rigor, and impactful scientific engagement across regions and markets worldwide.
