Accountabilities

  • Lead the planning andexecutionofresearchandscientificprojects forassignedlungcancerproducts, in line with global andlocalpolicies and timelines.

  • Contributeto thedefinitionand delivery of the Product Business Plan forassignedbrands,aligningmedicalstrategy withbroaderbusinessobjectives

  • Design andimplementthe NationalMedicalPlan forassignedproducts, setting clear strategies,objectivesandmeasurableoutcomes

  • Collaboratecloselywith themedicalfield team,providingscientifictraining,diseasearea updates andguidancetoshaperobustlocalmedicalplans.

  • DriveItalianparticipationin international clinicaldevelopmentbymaintainingstrong links with global Product Teams andrelevantstakeholders.

  • Partner with the ClinicalResearchManager toensuretimely, high-qualitylocalimplementationof global clinical trialswithinagreedmilestones and budgets.

  • Forlocalstudies,authorprotocols,overseedata management andanalysis,preparefinalstudy reports and securetimelydisseminationandpublicationofresults

  • Provideexpertscientificinput toRegulatoryAffairs forregistrationdossiers andothersubmissions,ensuringalignmentwith headquartersguidanceand nationalrequirements

  • Support Marketing inmaintaininghighscientificstandardsacrosspromotionalmaterials,scientificevents,symposiaand educationalinitiatives

  • Work with Training toensurethe Field Forcereceivesaccurate,currentandclinicallyrelevantinformation onassignedproducts anddiseaseareas

  • Support the Field Force in interactions withhealthcareprofessionalsthroughongoingupdates ontherapeuticadvancesand product data.

  • Build,developandsustainstrongrelationshipswith key opinion leaders and thewiderscientificcommunity inlungcancer

  • Review anddiscussexternallysponsoredresearchproposalswith sponsors and collaborate with the MEOR manageraccordingtointernalprocedures

  • Support the MEOR manager inoperationalactivitiesrelatedtoevidencegeneration andoutcomesresearch

  • Respondtomedicalinformation requests withtimely,balancedandscientificallysoundanswers

  • Conductallactivities andmanageaccountrelationshipsin line with CompanyValues, Code ofConduct,internalguidelinesandItalianlegislation

EssentialSkills/Experience

  • Scientific Degree (MedicalDegreehighlypreferred)

  • Understandingof sales and marketing andpharmaceuticalmedicalinformation

  • Knowledge oflegislationrelevanttopharmaceuticalindustry

  • Abilitytomanageincoming data and/or requestsin atimelymannerandescalatewhenappropriate

  • Knowledge ofpharmaceuticalenvironment

  • Experience in Medical AffairsDepartmentasMSL or Medical Advisor

  • Strong leadership capabilities

  • Excellentinterpersonalskills

  • Extensiveexperienceinrelationshipand stakeholder managementexperience

  • Proficiency in English andItalian

DesirableSkills/Experience

  • MedicalDegree

  • QualifiedDoctor in therelevantTA

  • MedicalDegree andfurtherdegree inOncologyor Genetics

  • PhD in therelevantTA
